A high-resolution data set of imagery covering the entire Rutherford County (approximately 771 square miles). The imagery data was collected at a ground sample distance (GSD) of 3 inches over the project area. The final products include 8-bit 4-band orthophoto tiles in GeoTIFF format (with World files) and a mosaic in MrSID Gen 4 format at 30:1 compression. Additional deliverables include tile index (the tile naming convention was based on the county’s existing tile naming scheme), and FGDC CSDGM-compliant project-level metadata in XML format. Ground conditions: Water at normal levels; no unusual inundation; leaf off. Flight dates 3/4/2023-3/5/2023. Flown by Woolpert. |
